In today’s rapidly evolving industries, the potential of robots is being harnessed to execute repetitive tasks efficiently. However, the true game-changer lies in endowing these machines with greater levels of intelligence to navigate complex, unconstructed environments and acquire skills autonomously. AI’s integration into robotics has unlocked a new era of effectiveness. By endowing machines with cognitive abilities, AI empowers robots to adapt, learn, and make decisions in real time. Stepping into this transformative landscape is Mumbai-based PNT Robotics and Automation Solutions, a leading company that leverages robotics and AI to make human lives easier.
With a mission to drive productivity, efficiency, safety, and flexibility, PNT Robotics empowers industries with reliable and innovative services to meet their ever-increasing demands.
Today on this platform of The Inspiring Chapters, we are sharing the story of Pratik Tirodkar and how he built PNT Robotics and Automation Solutions.
The Visionary and His Creation
Pratik Tirodkar’s journey began with Robotics Training at Government Polytechnic Mumbai. Recognizing his passion for Robotics and Automation, he founded Build My Project, which evolved into PNT Robotics and Automation Solutions in 2018. His relentless pursuit of innovation and purpose-driven solutions has been propelling PNT Robotics to reach new heights, making it a leading force in the industry.
At the heart of this startup is a mission to simplify complex processes, increase efficiency, and enhance productivity for businesses across various sectors. Their state-of-the-art robotic systems are designed to handle a wide range of tasks, from precision manufacturing to logistics and warehousing, offering unparalleled accuracy and speed.
PNT Robotics fought the Covid-19 Pandemic in a Unique Way
In 2020, amidst the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, PNT Robotics emerged with a noble purpose – to aid frontline warriors. Recognizing the challenges faced by healthcare workers, the engineers of the company developed a fully automated humanoid-controlled robot. This robot dispensed food, water, and medicines to COVID-19 patients. These approaches eventually helped in reducing the need for physical presence and minimizing risks for caregivers.
The pandemic brought forth unique challenges, but PNT Robotics rose to the occasion. During the crisis, they supplied “Coro-Bots” to hospitals in the Kalyan-Dombivli Municipal Corporation and Thane Municipal Corporation. These robots facilitated the non-contact delivery of essential items to COVID-19 patients, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Introduced ADO – the Artificially Intelligent Advertisement Humanoid Robot
Rooted in the idea of addressing real-world problems, PNT Robotics introduced ADO – the Artificially Intelligent Advertisement Humanoid Robot. It is an AI-based, fully automated humanoid robot with human-like emotions and gestures. This remarkable creation can market products, give presentations, navigate obstacles, and act as a kiosk. It even detects human faces, displays ads, and generates analytics using AI algorithms.
Transforming Industries with Futuristic Solutions
PNT Robotics caters to various domains, including hospitals, airports, hotels, schools, and more. Their robots serve a multitude of purposes. They are equipped to do mask checking, social distancing monitoring, facial recognition, delivery services, receptionists, and caretakers. By deploying ADO and other autonomous and manual-controlled robots, PNT Robotics has revolutionized day-to-day life activities, making them easier and more efficient.
What sets PNT Robotics apart is its commitment to customization and adaptability. They understand that every business has unique needs and challenges, and therefore, they work closely with their clients to tailor solutions that seamlessly integrate into existing workflows. This approach not only streamlines operations but also optimizes costs and maximizes ROI.
Safety is of paramount importance to PNT Robotics, and they have invested heavily in developing intelligent safety features that ensure a harmonious interaction between robots and human workers. By adhering to the highest industry standards, PNT Robotics is fostering a collaborative work environment where humans and machines can work together safely and efficiently.
Looking Towards the Future
The adoption of AI, big data, and machine learning has already begun transforming industries. They jointly are simplifying operations, and boosting productivity. PNT Robotics envisions intelligent robots making inroads in various domains, including event organizing, malls, hotels, schools, and more.
